Rockport, TX Housing Market Trends

With 10,713 people, 5,096 houses or apartments, and a median cost of homes of $425,953, Rockport real estate is some of the most expensive in Texas, although Rockport home values aren't among America's most expensive.

Single-family detached homes are the single most common housing type in Rockport, accounting for 65.95% of the city's housing units.
