Plano, TX Housing Market Trends

With 289,547 people, 107,448 houses or apartments, and a median cost of homes of $555,082, Plano house prices are not only among the most expensive in Texas, Plano real estate also is some of the most expensive in all of America.

Single-family detached homes are the single most common housing type in Plano, accounting for 59.78% of the city's housing units.
