Gatlinburg, TN Housing Market Trends

With a population of 3,650, 1,383 total housing units (homes and apartments), and a median house value of $501,081, Gatlinburg real estate is some of the most expensive in Tennessee, although Gatlinburg home values aren't among America's most expensive.

Single-family detached homes are the single most common housing type in Gatlinburg, accounting for 56.97% of the city's housing units. Other types of housing that are prevalent in Gatlinburg include large apartment complexes or high rise apartments ( 33.11%), duplexes, homes converted to apartments or other small apartment buildings ( 7.80%), and a few row houses and other attached homes ( 1.20%).
