Augusta is a medium-sized city located in the state of Maine. With a population of 19,066 people and five associated neighborhoods, Augusta is the 12th largest community in Maine.Unlike some cities where white-collar or blue-collar occupations dominate the local economy, Augusta is neither predominantly one nor the other.
