Westchester is a medium-sized village located in the state of Illinois. With a population of 16,262 people and five associated neighborhoods, Westchester is the 151st largest community in Illinois.Unlike some villages where white-collar or blue-collar occupations dominate the local economy, Westchester is neither predominantly one nor the other.
