Knox, IN Housing Market Trends

With a population of 3,624, 1,454 total housing units (homes and apartments), and a median house value of $207,486, house prices in Knox are solidly below the national average.

Single-family detached homes are the single most common housing type in Knox, accounting for 70.39% of the city's housing units. Other types of housing that are prevalent in Knox include large apartment complexes or high rise apartments ( 16.51%), duplexes, homes converted to apartments or other small apartment buildings ( 10.65%), and a few mobile homes or trailers ( 2.45%).
