Germantown is a larger medium-sized town located in the state of Maryland. With a population of 55,152 people and eight constituent neighborhoods, Germantown is the eighth largest community in Maryland.
Germantown is a decidedly white-collar town, with fully 89.07% of the workforce employed in white-collar jobs, well above the national average.
